I usually don't comment on any videos but i have eaten sarson ka saag n makki ki roti almost once in a week or twice in a week which my Bhuee use to make in Authentic Taudhee "Earthen Pot" on a Mitti chulha in her village and she use to cook (Simmer) it for 4-5 hours and now she is no more. I miss her n her this particular dish combo. This chef's recipe is so close to hers. I m really thankful to the chef for letting me relive those moments by presenting same recipe once again. I don't like these haters who have nothing good to do or say in their lives. Thank you chef from 🇺🇸

Same meri mummy bhi esse hi saag bnati hai . Khub sara lehsun or adrak daal k mummy khti hai ki km lehsun se saag gastik bnata hai isliye khub sara lehsun or adrak daal k bnati hai . Or khub sara desi ghee daal k😂 or evening me boil kr k rkh deti hai or next day tadka lga k sab khate hai. Bhot acha lgta hai😊

Saag too apne aacha banaya hai 😊lakin punjab mein aise nahi banaate palak ko sath hi daal dete hai aur saag mein garlic, onion,ginger, tomato aur only hari mirch, aur jaise aap ne saag mein maki ka aata dala uske baad saag ko bahut jayda hath se bahut time tak blend karte hai, uske baad tadka lagte hai or desi gee or makhan vo b ghar ka use karte hai khas kar punjabi 😊
