250+50 gm paneer
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1 bay leaf
2 green cardamom
2 cloves
1" cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp deggi mirch pwd
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
3 tomatoes puréed
2 green chili
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp black salt
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
