Wow! Dr. Kwame Nkrumah the founder of modern Republic of Ghana is such a vital information for the Ghanaian people to know. I'm glad to know that, there's historical document indicating the research by Lord Lugard, his wife and the Priest into finding the name Ghana. We also need to know the full name of Lord Lugard's wife and the name of the Priest. These historical information must be taught in all the schools in Ghana as part of the school lessons. Kwesi Pratt, thank you for passing on these prestige knowledge to Ghanaians, Africans, the descendants of the enslaved Africans and also the rest of the world.

Kwesi Pratt that's a big lie. It was Danquah who convinced the Asantehene to join Gold Coast. It was George Ekem Ferguson who brought the northern territories to be part of Gold Coast. Nkrumah championed for Volta region to be part of Gold Coast but Danquah had already suggested that. Again Danquah suggested the name Ghana. He only explained that the actual root word was Akana kingdom Paa Grant and the big six remain our Ghanaian founding fathers. The Queen is also a founder of Ghana
