As I remember... We just booked the condo through VRBO.... It was a simple process with an immediate answer from the host... I dont remember having to do an age verification... But I do remember the host being quick to respond and extr

Just wondering what time of year your trip was and how the pool and ocean water temps were? We are stying in the west tower mid March during our kids' for spring break.

Our stay was fall break October 8-15, 2022 Mornings were a bit chilly so we didn't get in the water until later in the morning to early afternoon. At that time the water in the gulf and the pool was comfortable. We have never been in the spring but I would imagine it to be similar to fall... Especially since this winter is turning out warmer than normal... Hopefully that helps and we hope you have a safe and fun trip!

I do remember check in being extremely easy and after booking through VRBO..,the host was quick to respond and extremely accommodating... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
