hey if you ever want to go back to panama you MUST visit the interior of the country, Chiriquí for example. in Chiriquí there are several waterfalls, incredible beaches, a volcano, etc. Boquete is really nice, that's were most Americans go to retire because it is a more quiet and more chill area (weather wise). panama city its not really expensive you were just in a more touristic area, you got to go farther to get the cheaper stuff. nice video man.

Having been there, I can recommend it, but it is a bit pricey. Preferred the out of the way towns like Boca del Torre which I believe he will visit.
