Hi Steve, do you have any good recipes for a good Thai fried chili/garlic plus numerous mystery ingredients sauce. I have tried many recipes including dried shrimps, star anise, but never quite as good as the ones they serve in those Thai restaurants.

Hi Steve, there are many variations of the Thai Chili sauce. I like the classic one that the main ingredients are the whole dried chilies and garlic fried separately and then blended up But it is not as good as the ones they make in their restaurants. I tried adding also fried dried shrimp per another KZbin video, still not as good. There has to be other secret ingredients.@@Steve-Owens
