My Grandfather was a Bare Knuckle prize fighter in the 1920's - it is amazing to me how similar so many of the moves are to what he taught me - the heavy use of the elbows, trapping and split entries all went by different names but the execution is very similar.

I'm left handed. And bladed. This drill sets me up to access a self protection tool with my left hand, if needed. Availability is there. Most attackers will punch with their right
