Jamicon Elkos und das bei Panasonic und dann ersetzen gegen HEC Elkos die taugen auch nix da hätte ich Rubycon vorgezogen. Habe gedacht das Panasonic bessere Elkos verbaut aber anscheinend hat das auch nachgelassen leider.

No, I think the panel has a dc to dc regulator of 12 volts. And others also have dc to dc like the 3.3v, 5v, 1.2v, the audio amplifier is wide range of voltage, so no problem if 15v is the main voltage.
