Your wrong on the power supply you can remove the battery and there's a 6 volt port when you remove the battery on the bottom shelf.

There is a lever above the battery that has the words "TAPE EJECT" above it. It's next to the tiny "DISPLAY" button. If you move that lever over (battery has to be on the camera) then the side that says "Panasonic" on it will open up. Hope this helps!

I have a Panasonic PV-L650D so not this exact model, but I was able to find a replacement battery and charger on Amazon. The battery that I got is a Kastar BN-V22U/V25U. It is a 6.0V battery rated at 5300mAh. I believe they have slim ones as well that have less capacity but will also work.

Could anyone help me? The A/V out, on my Panasonic PV- L657, is round, but the cords provided in the camera case are flat, like a phone charger's end. They've provided two cords, one for connecting to a television and the other to a computer. However, where can I get an adapter to connect to the flat end, to plug it into the camera's round port?

You need to have power to the camera in order to use the eject button. This means either using a battery with even a small amount of charge or using the 6.0V power adapter to supply power from a wall outlet.
