Don't lock your elbow so hard, keep some flex man. (ps: the machine looks awesome)

It's needed to target the triceps and it's long head fully. Otherwise you won't contract the complete triceps.

Положение человека должно быть в другую сторону а так хуже с точки зрения биомеханики(на практики делал на аналогичных)

The Dips Press Dual System has two working positions to train both triceps and pectorals. The seat rotates and the exercise can also be done from the other side. When the person is sitting facing the machine with a narrow grip, more emphasis is placed on the triceps, while rotating the seat and using large grips puts more emphasis on the pectorals.
