Pancake Heaven at DeLeon Springs State Park | Florida

Get an inside look at DeLeon Springs State Park, including the famous unlimited tableside pancakes at the Old Spanish Sugar Mill restaurant. We start the morning at the Blue Springs State Park campground and drive over to De Leon Springs for a day of exploring. Yes there were people swimming when we went and even a person who was in the spring taking his scuba dive training. We almost got in but it was still a bit too cold out and we wanted to get to hiking.

It sure is! We were so stuffed, it was the only meal we had the entire day. We hopped on the trail that was closest to us to burn off the calories. Haha! It's a fun experience though cooking pancakes right at your own table. 🥞

Next time y'all go to Blue Springs, drive past the entrance and head down the dirt road to French Landing. Come swimming with me in the river!! Lots of alligators! Oh & did ya know about the guy who was killed at Blue Spring in 2015 by a 12ft gator? He was trying to swim up to the gator for a photo/video. Not gator's fault😉
