Pancake

Materials:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of water milk
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1.5 cups of flour
Preparation of:
Add 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of sugar into the bowl and whisk. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 glass of milk and whisk. Add 1 cup of flour. Add 1 baking powder and 1 vanilla and beat. Then add half a glass of flour and beat again. Fill the mixture into the squeezing container. Heat a very lightly oiled pan. Squeeze pancake mixture onto the pan at intervals. Once the top of the pancakes are smooth, turn them over. Remove the pancake, which is cooked on both sides, from the stove. Repeat this process until all the mortar is used.
