Pancakes for breakfast on the banks of the Riverstick Estuary

Join me as I take a walk through the woods and cook a delicious pancake breakfast on the banks of the Riverstick Estuary near Kinsale in County Cork. While walking along the shore I spot an old castle which turns out to be Mountlong Castle built in 1631. The castle is now derelict but holds an interesting and ghostly story of times gone past.
