Absolutely insane how a band who recorded an EP heard by only 30 people in the year 2000 and broke up could become famous in the 2020's entirely because someone found the CD in a charity shop and decided to post it, complete with fucking disc rot, to /mu/. I've seen some wild band stories but this band's story might be the most incredible I've ever seen. This band is a testament to the fact that somewhere, some _when_ , there will be people who will enjoy your art.

Growing up on the 90s/00s, this music is VERY familiar, I could definitely see me listening to this on my discman on the train on my way to high school, thinking about how Bella had broken my heart, or where I'd get wasted on friday. I think we're far enough from that moment to actually have it represented in memory like the 70s in any netflix series. I'm tempted to day good times, but in fact it's more like when I got to know the world, together with people my age, and we remember it with nostalgy because many consequential to each our lives things happened then. Great album, took me right back. Also, an amazing band history, what an existential luck you guys have to have gone through this, what comes unrequested always feels incredible!
