I'm a libertarian, and this person is clearly insane. There is no way this person has no remorse for his decision. He either has remorse or is a complete psychopath, there is no way he did this just because he thought it would be fun or cool, and giving life for 25 years is mind-boggling to me. This person needs a to be properly rehabilitated, not punished. Punishments are for people who have killed millions to billions of people through war, another genocide or the Holocaust.
