Thank you for dropping by to my channel. Your support is much appreciated. Just sharing with you another simple but nutritious recipe. Pls. see the list of the ingredients in the description for your reference.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups cooked pancit
1/2 cup shredded carrot
3/4 cup shredded sqush
1 cup shredded cabbage
3 TBSP finely cut spring onion
2 TBSP minced celery
2 TBSP inced onion
ground black papper
liquid seasoning to taste
cooking oil
large lumpia or spring roll wrapper
slurry or water to seal the lumpia
NOTE;
You can use garlic if you prefer.
