Pancreas secretes insulin. This insulin is used in people who have diabetes. Pancreas releases much enzymes for digestion and secretes insulin for the prevention of diabetes. Although, now people use a process called genetic engineering where gene is replaced by another healthy gene. This process bacteria is involved, and this is used in manufacturing insulin production of company.
