I love your videos, always keeps me updated on the latest scanners. Thank you! Keep up the great work. Would also love to see you do reviews on more things like curing lights, X-ray sensors, ect.

Thank you for your kind words! Appreciate it :) My passion is digital dentistry so unfortunately I don't think I will go over curing lights etc any time soon - I am plenty busy with all the new scanners and printers coming out!

What is the difference of the quality of the scans between a Panda 2 (which I have for two years now) and a Panda Smart? My most important objects are the abutments of single piece implants (like those from Monoimplant and Ihde-Dental). If these abutments are shortend or if they are partly cut, to compensate for the insertion direction, it is often difficult to scan them with sufficient accuracy. A more precise scanner like the Panda Smart may be helpfull, but I did not find any example data or review about this.

In my opinion the Panda Smart is far superior to Panda 2.

Thanks for this great presentation.. But I'd ask difference between panda scannner and runyes ?? Which one you will prefer betwenn both ?? If I will buy my first scanner , which one you advice me to use ?

Both are decent low-cost intraoral scanners from China. I would say Runyes currently has the better software overall. Whereas Panda Smart has the size advantage.

Best way to decide what would be best for you is try both and make an informed decision :)

Thanks for your kind reply .. But I am confused .. I will try them . But there is another scanner called ( QSCAN 7000 xpect vision) .. Do you know about it ?? Another question, is Medit i600 over all these scanners ??

@@DrKerolusmagid medit is by far the most developed in terms of software and overall workflows. If you just want a scanner for basic indications they will literally all work (single crown etc). QSCAN 7000 is a white labeled Runyes scanner. @@InstituteofDigitalDentistry QSCAN 7000 really is Rebranding for Runyes ?? There is difference in price here in egypt .. so what Runyes will do QSCAN will do ?? My work is crowns & bridges , simple implant not complicated , scanning cases not complicated ..
