So fragrant and delicious Pandan Malay Cake. Made with natural green and aromatic pandan leaves and coconut milk. Soft and fluffy, less sugar, no baking powder, easy to make vegan recipe.
Ingredients:
180 g (1¼ cup) all purpose flour
60 g (½ cup) rice flour
60 g (¼ cup) sugar
1 tsp (3 g) instant yeast
Pinch of salt
100 ml pandan juice
120 ml (½ cup) coconut milk
1 tsp (5 ml) vegetable oil
Some pumpkin seeds
Steam over medium heat for 35 minutes
