DUDE, this is legitimately SO impressive- from both an art standpoint and a first for the Splatoon community! Nobody else is doing anything like this, as far as I know. Like, homebrew idol videos!? WHAT!? A lot of the stiffness could probably be overcome with a bit of planning on your part. Creating a recording of your own choreography and using that as reference to get the arcs and motions down pat- and also a more flexible rig, that lets you lock things in place like the chest and feet with simple switches, and have the rest of the body be driven by IK. Blender nowadays is working on tools that'll let you animate complex movements in sections, rather than everything at once. Blender's always been kind of clunky if you're new and just trying to keyframe animations and absolutely nothing else- and the default easing doesn't do it any favors

This is sooo so good i love it omg, i really love the design of the one with light hair and tan skin!! Also people being negative about the animation probably dont know how hard it is. İ kind of like the way they sway and jut about, like it almost seems intentional (i mean this in a really good way, they seem a bit Avant garde because of it!)

@@karlabarros7889 they are Nintendos canon cuttlefish idols!! They’re from the Octo expansion art book “haikara Walker” and due to their logo being able to be deciphered only their Japanese name (romanized) can be read!! So their Japanese name is COIKALS which is a Japanese pun for Loyola+gals (cuttlefish gals) credit to rassicas and whoever else deciphered that for their findings!!! 🫡👍❤️
