Hi, do you have any problem with Pandora's old heart clasp? I have one and after a month it keeps opening on its own which never happened with my barrel clasp. I wonder if you also have the same problem or is this just happening to me?

Renny Puspita hello! Unfortunately I did have an incident!! I purchased the pace heart clasp but that one kept opening up on me after a week. When I took a closer look a piece inside the clasp broke off. I think your should definetly take it to the Pandora store for them to exchange it. If an associate refuses to ask to show it to the manager. If the refuse then email Pandora customer service. Pandora customer service once replaced one of my leather bracelets for free because of an issue with the clasp. They only asked I mailed them the damaged bracelet with a making slip they provided. Give these options a try because the best things would be for you to have the bracelet replaced. Especially since you have only had it for a short time period. I apologize for the late response.

I live in Indonesia and unfortunately, the product warranty is only valid for a week after purchasing here. So I am very disappointed about this heart clasp bracelet :(

Hi,l have just bought the family tree clasp bracelet and lm so disappointed,l just can't close it,it's impossible for me,l will have to return it,just cant get it closed and lve had Pandora for years,l dont know what they were thinking the new blue clasp disc bracelet is the same,impossible to close _for me at least.
