I have always usually loved the chicken bhuna recipe, whenever I am dining out at a street food cart I love the combination of chicken bhuna with rumali roti. I have uploaded a few recipes of veg bhuna and paneer bhuna rolls as well and was thinking another possibility. The availability of ingredients today is difficult hence I have tried giving you the procedure of making the paneer at home and because I know you wouldn’t want to wait until the paneer sets into cubes and would be worried about the paneer crumbling or breaking I have designed the recipe as a bhurji and believe me it tastes amazing. Hi sir..... I have a query....i made chocolate biscuit cake today... But pata nahi kyu vo bikhar gaya... Maine pahle bhi bahut baar banaya h par humesha to accha banta h... Maine choclate biscuit fine powder, Powdered sugar, coco powder, vanilla essence aur ek pouch eno dalkar mix kiya aur bake kiya.. kaha galti hui samaz hi nahi aaya... Pls help... Must rply

Recipes are really good, i would also appreciate if you talk through adding ingredients and the process in general. One thing that I have found that helps aspiring home cooks/chefs are why an ingredient has to be added and what kind of effect it has on the outcome, also providing inputs on alternatives to what you are using and how should we balance ingredients if you go under or over.
