Paneer Crispy Ingredients -
200 gm Paneer
2 TBS Arrowroot
1 TBS Maida
1 TBS All purpose Garam Flour
Salt
Coat paneer pieces in the mixture properly
Dee fry the first batch of paneer for 3 mins in medium flame of gas
Deep Fry second batch of paneer for 2:30 in medium flame of gas
Add 5 TBS OIL
1 full finely chopped Garlic
1 small piece of Ginger finely chopped
5-6 Spicy green chilles chopped
2 medium size chopped Capsicum
Fry all this for 1 min in medium flame of gas.
Add
2 TBS of Tomato sauce
2 TBS of Red Chilli sauce
Half TBS of Chings Fried rice masala
2 TBS of Bedki Mirchi Powder
Salt
Add Fried Crispy Paneer
Mix in toss the paneer well with the sauce and masalas .
Serve HOT !

Can we use cornflower instead of arraroat

Yes... you can use corn flour powder instead of arrowroot. But cornflour creates a slurry layer in water which arrowroot doesn't so if arraroat is available do use it !
