Use fresh yogurt it wont get sour. If you keep yogurt for 2-3 days then yes it will get sour

Didn’t like the flavours it was too sour coz of tomato as well as curd. Also, the recipe isn’t as it seems. Waste of time and paneer. Just the aesthetics of the video are an eye catcher. Would recommend not to try.
