Paneer Ke Malpua
250 g paneer
2.5 cup milk add gradually
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp corn flour optional
2 tbsp saffron water
1 cup refined flour
For sugar syrup
1.5 cup sugar
1 cup water
Pinch of saffron (optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp kewara/ rose water
Oil for frying
Pistachio
Silver leaf for garnish
