We made it in Nepali Style-Maida with sugar and saunf plus elainchi in pure ghee and instead of water we used milk as advised by our mother- it turned out be soft and very tasty. However, we did not use dahi. But your recipe is very interesting. We use malpua as breakfast for school's children tiffen and for ourselves as well. We will use your recipe next time for breakfast. Just love your recipes Bhaiya, Happy Holi. Phone uthaya hi tha yeah soch kar ki Maalpua recipe dekhein aur ji bas recipe haazir thi kya baat hai. Hum toh aloo tamatar bhi aapki recipe dekh kar hi banate hain. Suji recipe meri aapki recipe dekhne ke baad hi de super soft banti hai pehle toh patthar si sakht ho jaati hain. Aapke jaisa toh nahi aata hoga per aapki recipe se bani har dish mein swaad aa jata hai. Sab pucchte hain kaise banayi toh ek hi jawab aapki recipe se.
