@1:00 - The transformer steps the voltage down from 120vac to 24vac (NOT 24vdc). The PS6 converts the xfmr secondary voltage to 24vfwr.

@10:00 ground fault is from the 120v ground, the entire system is normally grounded by many ways, conduit to building steel that is where the grounds come from.

I feel like with these panels that the less devices you use and the less you use it in general, the longer the CPU will last

Mapping is one of the best features on EST panels. What it does is give you a picture of how the system is electrically wired. When you have Mapping enabled and you have a bad device you can swap it with a like device and the system will auto clear. With that said I believe the Quickstart panel is the worst addressable panel they came out with and I am glad that they have dropped it.

Wait? Did I hear you correctly on how to wire the batteries. It sounded like you just connected batteries together in a total loop and not have any connection to the FACP. From FACP black wire to black connection on battery. From FACP red wire to battery red connection the a jumper between both batteries......

Hi! please i need help I have a problem with my EST quicktart every time i will retrieve the database using my laptop the error will come like this ( At least 1 SLIC card has not completed initialization. Allow all SLIC cards to complete initialization then retrieve Signature Data from the SLIC Configuration Form. Please thank you
