I think the most time consuming part is turning the carrots into matchsticks. But these days, I'm sure there's a gadget out there that can do the job in just a few seconds, lol! ✨✨

@blackkakari Normally I would do just that, cube the carrots. But for the video, and because it's a "copycat" recipe, I stuck to how Panera does their carrots. It's okay, I don't mind. 😊💖

Usually I rough chop veggies and hit the soup with an immersion blender. Too lazy.
