Panera Bread is a restaurant. It has a bunch of bakery items, but they serve basically breakfast, lunch, and dinner type place, like it's a notch above like going out for fast food but not quite the fanciest place if that makes any sense. And while it's a place where you can go for basically any meal of the day (they sell soups with their sandwiches on their signature breads for example) you can also buy bakery items to go, but most people just go there to eat and not necessarily bread or even items on bread 😂. They also have a huge array of coffee drinks. For breakfast bagels are their biggest sales item, but lunch and dinner is likely mostly 'you pick two' with sandwiches and soup (though they have like salads and stuff too). You can also get soup in a bread bowl. I can see how someone unfamiliar with Panera would be confused. 😂

Next time you need to change a tyre: you don't need upper body strength, just attach the tyre iron to the nut so is sticking out to the left parallel to the ground and stand / jump on it to loosen the nut.

Fun fact! Most commercially available one piece swimsuits are only lined in the front. Even the ones made for athletes. As a person who is interested in fashion, and someone who has at one time been on a swim team, I have owned a fair share of swimsuits in my time. And all of them have only had a lining in the front. For many swimsuits, having only the front lined isn’t a issue since the sizing is normal, and the fabric they use is thick enough to provide proper coverage. So the lining tends to be used mainly as a way to stabilize the front and add extra support for the bust. However I agree that fully lined swimsuit does feel the most supportive, and that the lining keeps the front from wearing and stretching out nearly as much as the back. So fully lining swimsuits really should be a higher priority for companies, honestly.
