It’s embarrassing for me to say how many of these watches I’ve bought over the last 3yrs ,they are AMAZING they are so cheap to buy but the quality is truly incredible, but I upgrade the leather straps but the rubber straps are really nice,the leather straps they come with are ok mind!

LOL!!! I was going to tell you to check out this homage. I just got mine today with a brass looking case. Damn, I don't know how they can do it for $80? This is a hella watch. Forget about the whole homage thing, this is just a damn good looking watch. I don't need to spend thousands for a panerai, lol. My watch does not have the date pusher or the reserve counter, but it does have a beautiful rotating bezel that has a very nice snug click as it turns. Even the locking clasp is solid. Looks like a $1000 + watch. I damn sure don't have 20k to spend. I would just spend a $100 because it's a damn nice watch. BTW, I got mine from Ali Express. I have to say, the way that watch was wrapped, it could have been dropped out of a plane from a 1000 ft up, and I don't think it would have been damaged. Good job Ali.

I bought a cheap ass Mondaine Swiss Railroad clock style homage watch for $17 to test if it would last through a week of testing which I posted on Mechanical Horology on Facebook. Some asshole comes along and starts his comment with, "The problem is it's a..." I had to inform him it's not my fucking problem and also I didn't buy the watch to fake the funk, I brought it to have a little fun with it and to decide if I liked the brand's style enough to plunk down $800 for a real one. It's a nice looking watch but I don't think I'd pay for a real one. I don't love it that much. Same thing with the 62MAS, I brought the MWW version of that watch and hated how it felt on my wrist, I sold it immediately (at a profit ;-) ) Watches are a fleeting thing, I own a few high dollar watches that I've lost interest in. Will I by another 10K watch? I have no idea. Will I buy another $500 watch? Probably.

This is a really bad version of a "homage" watch. Complete BS texts on the dial. And the "power reserve" scale is actually an "equation of time" scale. That's why it says -15 to +15
