It was cool, however having a very difficult part at the very end that dying to will make you redo the rest of the level that is long and simple to do on a second time through is not the best design. Would be less noteworthy if the level was difficult throughout, but there was only a spike in difficulty at the very end.

Not only is it actually possible to be killed as a trans person and then a term called gay/trans panic defense can be used to defend. This is actually a thing is multiple states of America (not that this issue is America only). Secondly many trans people do not have access to gender affirming care because they are either not well funder of not backed by political parties in their states, typically more southern states.
