Pangong- bike adventure to worlds highest salt water lake on Ladakh deadliest route

This video is about the heart-stopping adventure from Diskit ( Nubra valley) to Pangong Lake or Pangong Tso- the highest salt-water lake in Ladakh, India. As we started our bike ride, we were not even a bit aware that this short-cut route has actually no real road as bike continued to skid on the sandy trail. But somehow it was both scary and thrilling, maybe because of our determination to reach such a dreamy destination.
There is more of this Bike Vs Nature adventure which we have shared in the video.
Now I could definitely say that the whole "Dar ke aage Jeet hai" line came true when we first had a glimpse of the surreal color- changing lake ....hahhh we did it !!!! Yuhuuu!!!

Thank you for uploading this video. You made me reminisce once again all these places which we visited (Pangong so’ lake) on 20 th May this year. We visited this entire place (Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Zozilla pass, Kargil, Leh Ladakh, Nubra valley, Turtuk, and finally Pangong) with a tour operator. As we are an elderly couple (76 and 70) we couldn’t make an adventure on our own. So we could cover this area with the help of a tour operator. Both of us enjoyed our trip thoroughly. We also didn’t have any altitude sickness. I enjoyed Zozilla Pass (zero point) and Pangong so’ lake thoroughly. There is another point of view about this salt lake. When the plate (Indian continent) detached itself from the African continent and Himalayas formed, due to volcanic eruptions, the sea water came up and hence the salt water lake remained here.

Pangong lake is well known as the highest salt water Lake. Approximately, 4200 metre higher than sea level. But, off late it's becoming a good tourist destination. Both china & India have fair control over it, while some portion is disputed.
