Pangong Lake, Ladakh | One of the Most Beautiful Lakes In India | Aerial Experience (Drone HD) |

Watch drone shots from one of the most serene lakes of Ladakh, Pangong Lake. A lot of people believe its the most beautiful lake in India, but I still have my doubts. Chander Tal, Tso Moriri & Gurudongmar are extremely beautiful as well.
During my visit to Ladakh in 2019 Summers, one place that totally made me fall in love with that region was this lake. While I was revisiting some old pictures and videos in this Covid-19 lockdown, I stumbled upon few of the drone shots I took there. I immediately started stitching those shots and called Ashu to write the beautiful lines and gave his voice for the voiceover part.
About Panong Lake:
The famous and sparkling blue Pangong lake is situated approximately at the height of 4350 meters. This endorheic lake is 12 km long and extends from India to Tibet, with two-thirds of it lying in the latter. Owing to its altitude, the Pangong Lake temperature ranges from -5°C to 10°C as a result of which it freezes completely during winters in spite of its salinity. A unique feature of the lake is that it does not remain blue throughout the year or even the day, rather it changes colours from azure to light blue to green and grey too!

Thanks for sharing a precious video. This the same lake which is under contention between India and China. It's nice that you shared the name of the drone equipment used too. I would have wished the video to be longer... Look forward to more Himalayan travel or trek videos from you. If you notice, very few videos of our sacred Himalyas have drone based coverage. And you have a great eye for getting the color and shade effect just right. Good luck!
