This is actually a hack/edit/patch thing... this is a golf game called ALbatross18 AKA Pangya... The actual character is Kooh, but the person edited her into looking like miku somehow. Still a fun game though.

Wow I made that post over a year ago. Thanks for the response. I have learned a lot about Vocaloid and Pangya since then including, much to my great sadness, that you can't actually play as Miku unless you are in Japan. :( The name of the song is Reset and yes, it's from Lucky Star.
