Japanese dubs are made by the company that made the anime, english dubs are made by a company in america. See the problem? American made cartoons have very good dubs because the company that made the cartoon is making the dubs. When another company tries to dub something they didn't make themself its never going to be very good. Sure theres a few decent english dubs but they are rare compared to the majority of crap.

Does it annoy anyone else that on English dub videos ppl always talk about how they think subs are better and on English sub videos ppl talk about how dubs are better? Anime is anime. doesn't matter if you watch dub or sub. It's the same friggin story and art. Who cares what a voice sounds like

Many people do care what the voice sounds like much like many people care how people act in live-action movies etc. Voiceactors are no different from normal actors in that if you do your job badly people will notice.

I really can't understand how you can like the english version of those character they don't fit at all. They may be at some cases a little more pleasant to listen to but they don't fit at all. Other characters fit quite well but are badly acted.

no, no. I watched the whole series in both japanese and english and I prefer english. Mostly. I admit, some voice actors were better in japanese. but in case of this clip I prefer Rebecca and the God-cat In English. Just my opinion.

I couldn't disagree more the english voice actors are all awefull for this one and any dub atempts are mediocre at best. You are probably just not used to the japanese language. I Prefered to watch eng dubs at start because I hadn't watched much without dubs.

Japanese dubs are the same thing. They are not better than English dubs. There are ALOT of japanese mediorcre dub and completely suck. Just because its not in japanese doesnt mean your not watchin real anime. Try watching .hack//sign, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and etc in english and see for you self. There are great and bad dubs.
