I'm almost 4 weeks post partum after delivering my angel babies. I'm struggling so bad and was having heavy thoughts of ending everything. It's something pretty common in music, two people can create similar sounding music without one ever taking inspiration from the other. This however, isn't that. I've listened to both, back to back, and the note progression use is there. But the thing is, he uses different notes. Using a note progression that was used in an older song doesn't make it plagiarism, it just means the progression is common.
