I love playing the trumpet, however even though I am in 7th grade and have been playing the trumpet since 5th, I still need to write note names on the music sheet. It really sucks that the music sheets aren't free. Your sheet music is the best, and It really sucks that I can't spend money on it. Great video though! You're so talented!

It is arguably considered perfect hand-position to put your pinky outside/on top for the ring and have your hand in a "C" shape. However, I personally don't see much of a difference and many trumpet players use w/ inside.

I was taught this too, but I’ve been told by a professional that it doesn’t matter. I mean, the exact reason the guy said they tell us to do it that way was to prevent a mature pressure(or whatever that thing where you press on your lips while playing is called)
