I was at his concert in Munich a couple of weeks ago, and the guy lights up the stage so much and he clearly enjoys it, so I'm pretty sure he'll come back with a solo career after the baby has been taking care of. He is the only founding member of Panic! left, and as you can clearly hear in the last few albums, he went more and more away from the emo-core vibes, and he also distants himself from that (he hates singing Thanks for the Memories for example). Personally I love his musical development, and I think it's a good decision for him to separate himself from the Panic! brand and make his own. He's an incredibly talented human being, I love the new albums so much, they are so diverse and he tries out many new things. Ofc it's not what we celebrated about the band back in our youth, but that's fine, there's no need to always stay the same, change and development is good. So, TL;DR: he'll come back!! :D 100 %sure
