Some people cannot afford to panic buy. Please people, be rational and solidar. EDIT: Yesterday I was in a shop and the woman in front of me had bought 47 bottles of hand sanitizer and some vegetables. I'm not saying you should be ignorant, just saying, please, if you want to buy something, leave some for the people who can afford less than you. I guarantee you she went on to sell it for 2/3x more the price that was in the shop.

So when you run out of toilet paper and go to the store and a migrant takes the last roll, you think that is going to teach people to want MORE migrants? Or when people traveling from other countries SPREAD THIS VIRUS IN THE FIRST PLACE? I don't think scarcity of resources will make people want overpopulation and overcrowding our country. You gotta learn logic. If having too many people and not enough food will lead to chaos, looting, and violence, isn't the lesson to import less people?

Stores are limiting now. I saw a woman loose her sh!t this morning when I ran into the store for a quick energy drink. Oh I stayed to watch, I wish I bought popcorn. She wanted to buy all the rest of the milk and eggs and an employee stopped her before she got to the check out stand and he basically told her she can't buy up the rest and not leave any for anyone else. There were signs everywhere stating that high demand foods and supplies were limited to three, that included milk and eggs on the list. She was forced to buy three of each and an employee put the rest back. It was like watching Jerry from back in the day. The woman was jumping up and down and screaming before she just bought her three of each item and left in a huff. I'm not surprised the cops were not called on her. Sh!t is crazy out there. Going to Walmart on Friday, wonder if I will see a fight break out.

STOP BLAMING HOARDING SHOPPERS!! Very FEW ppl are actually hoarding. Most ppl are just buy 2-3 items of things instead of just 1. Stores are NEVER stocked for everyone to buy toilet paper or milk or whatever every day. Most ppl dont buy these things every single day. THEREFORE when u have an influx of shoppers coming in all at the same time buying duplicates, everything WILL sell out fast b/c stores are not built or stocked for that. Im sorry if you are JUST now trying to go grocery shopping you are NEGLIGENT especially if you have kids you should have BEEEENNNNN went grocery shopping! the shelves were full a week ago! this was also a problem in china, japan ect, u should have watched the treads and planned accordingly! its the ppl who thought this was a joke who didnt buy anything and now they're mad. if anytime to been a "sheep" its times like this!

I feel as though we should buy things as if we were getting groceries any other day. Unless your county is in lockdown then it is unnecessary. At my grocery store all the shelves were empty and there were elderly couples there and they were confused and they didn’t have anything to get because we are being selfish. If the main people who are dying are our elders then we should be more considerate for them and help them. I get that other ages are effected by this but it mainly targets elders and why not help them when they can’t help themselves✌️😔

Who is to say that before all of this a lot of them wouldn’t have stepped a foot in the store because of what race the owners might be? But now it’s not about that anymore to most of those people. I think In their mind they are just trying to survive . Maybe hopefully they will have a different perspective on minorities after this is all done . Take care everyone!

I don't know anyone wealthy enough to panic buy in order to get ready for a possible 2 month quarantine. I have spoken at work to many retail arbitrage shoppers buying in bulk to sell online at exhorbanant prices though🤷‍♀️ Money money money! Greed is good is the American business motto.

Not everybody ..some of us in a crisis situation can stay calm, not buy everything in sight and only buy what we need ..in other words stay civilized. I had to make a diy bidet. And I will take more showers. Then I made a diy face mask. Something is better then nothing. Next up ration the food I have while buying non perishable food. I'm on a fixed income like so many others. So, I can only do what I can which isn't as much as many others who are hoarding.

we don't have a supply problem we have a distribution problem. stores were never designed to meet this level of demand. manufacturers never foresaw this level of demand either. to meet this level of demand you would need all factories cranking out 24/7 in addition to just having 40' trailers just stopping in open space all of them lining up with people tossing the products at the customers to meet this level of demand.
