this is kinda why I don't understand lectures have to be an hour long. I mean like, this shit is literally being explained crystal clear well within 3 mins while in the lecture, after the professor speaking for an hour, everyone still doesn't quite understand the concept... This is the style that uni should be using for teaching.

I understand this framework so much better now after a 2-minute video than one lesson discussing the CAGE framework.

I didnt get the mian point of cage how we can apply it in the real life cases. It is more like a summary telling us which factors are going to affect our business but all the factors can be concluded by ourselves ,not to be told be a so-called CAGE theory because i really dont think it actually teaches anything substantially. That is only my Opinion.

I think your problem could lie in the fact that you see it as a theory versus what it actually is: a tool. CAGE itself isn't going to give you the answers that you are looking for but rather, it provides a metric to test the compatibility (in a sense) of two countries. And the video is talking about it in a general sense but from my understanding, it is commonly used in business when looking at geographical expansion as it can determine the suitability of a location for a business to expand to. When you look at it through these lens you realise that it's not designed to really teach anything on its own but rather to be used as a way to better understand trade and expansion.
