Traditionally we layer the resin, does the research support flowable in boxes w/ cap layers holding out to compressive strength overtime vs layering or bulk fill resins.

Regarding warming a composite tube , can we warm let cool warm again... etc cycle ? Does the composite material in the tube gets affected by warm-cool cycles ?

Depends on the composite, some don't even recommend temperature change at all
