I am so happy that Pan Macmillan is doing this! I think it opens up books, reading, authors, and readers in a way that has been unacknowledged before. So amazing and I'm so happy to see Leena here! So much happy! My best friend bought me a Kate Morton book for my 17th Birthday (back from a trip to the UK); this video made me feel like Kate Morton has been a friend this whole time, too!

This video has made me want to do three things: 1) Read The Lake House 2) Go back to Cornwall! 3) Watch more #BookBreak videos. Can't wait until next week's installment! Great video :)

I've read 2 of Kate's previous books prior to GoodReads days and loved both. I lost my reading Mojo over the last 18 months and Booktube is helping me back. Love this new direction and wish you every success!

So I'm watching this from my flat in Falmouth which I moved into literally yesterday! I've been coming to Cornwall for years and to move here is a dream. I go a lot to Polperro so I'm glad you like it, I really enjoyed watching you explore so many places that are so familiar and dear to me (so familiar that I know the exact spot where you were sat interviewing just from the wall behind you!) I'll have to nip to Falmouth Booksellers and have a look for Kate's book, I'm always up for books about Cornwall :D

So clever! What a wonderful way to talk about books! I loved to see it as someone who has not read it... got me thinking and wanting to know more... but also I kept thinking it would be so fun to watch if I had read it already! Like talking to your friend about a book you both just read. Well done. :) :)

People who read the last chapter first?! Is that a thing? What sort of insane heresy is that? I'm gonna have to pause the (really lovely btw) video in order to recover from this new information.
