In the fall of 1975, I was in my first year of High School and remember almost all of these commercials. In 1975, we had Channel Z cable TV, and enjoyed watching TV without commercials. You were considered " cool" if your family had cable TV . I really enjoy seeing these old commercials again, believe it or not.

@wmbrown6 Жыл бұрын
Would you know what was used for "The Great Great Show" theme? I know its origins date to early-mid 1964 as a late Friday night/early Saturday morning 'skein' after "Tonight's News" which in turn followed "The Tonight Show" (their M-Th [broadcast day] overnight film 'skein' was then "The 13th Hour," changed later in 1964 to "Tonight's Movie," before "The Great Great Show" was expanded to five nights a week by 1966, Sunday nights/early Monday mornings added in 1967, and finally Saturday nights/early Sunday mornings in mid-1968 (which, in its first weeks, ran horror movies previously aired on their very short-lived [1965-68] "Festival of Thrillers" whose super-narrow film rotation made WPIX's "Chiller Theatre" look as diverse as WOR-TV's later "Fright Night" by comparison).

@@luisreyes1963 - Probably during.
