Real Good, but you added way toooooo much. When people listen to a drum cover, they want it as close to the original as possible. You’re a real good drummer, but you’re all over the place, and that makes it sound sloppy. I’ve been a musician my entire life, and at 55 years old, I’ve seen a lot of drummers. I’m going to check out more of your stuff, because I really enjoy your playing. Give it a shot, try that song without all the extras. Trust me, you’ll get a lot of positive feedback.

Thanks for the feedback, Michael. I appreciate it. However, don't generalise your personal preferences. Just because you want a cover to be 100% the same as the original, doesn't mean that everyone does. Many people (including myself) appreciate it when drummers put their own style in the songs they cover, as long as there is 'space' within those songs for such a thing, which there definitely is in this one, and plenty of it too. Also, my feedback is overwhelmingly positive (more than 95% positive), which is honestly as good as it gets, considering you can't please everyone and this is KZbin, so you'll always have the occasional hater. That's not a personal attack or anything. As I said, I appreciate that you took the time to comment on my video. Just don't expect me to change my style and drumming philosophy to please anyone. I prefer to stay true to myself. If you find that my drumming or my approach to covering songs is not to your taste, there are thousands of other drummers on KZbin to check out.
