I think some people might not appreciate how DIFFICULT this song is on every level. It’s a 10 minute multi part saga that requires virtuoso levels of skill from the vocalist, the bassist, the guitarist, the drummer, nobody gets to sleep through this song. Mad respect to Geo for pulling this together! His performance really made this work, keeping everyone together, making it look easy. But my god that final guitar solo. That’s where this cover reaches the next level. That’s pure fire right there

Even the artists themselves say - while flattery is great, be your own unique self and put your own spin on it. That is what being an artist is all about. People have used samples and done covers for so long now - but the key is in taking what is there and putting your own unique twist on it. That is where true genius lies. Angel is truly powerful - and has the best name. That is a fact.

I'm not sure how it's taken 2 years for me to find this, but it's absolutely, jaw-droppingly incredible. The production is spot on, as is every instrumental part. The vocals are other-worldly, and top marks for going with the two-part belt as per the original live version rather than the over-popularised single-part Wacken version ;)

You all nailed it. The drumming was excellent. The singing was amazing (I was stoked to hear "Floor's ending"). I liked hearing a bit more bass than in the original. I did not expect the mini-guitar solo at the end, but it was awesome and added a really cool touch to the end. I'm glad that this randomly showed up in my KZbin stream today. I have to comment again because wow. Honestly I've been listening to this cover at least once a day on my way to work. Somehow makes my shift better. Again I will say the performance is amazing by absolutely everyone but my favorite part is again that guitar solo. Wow....

Omg how have i just discovered this. Ive seen Nightwish live 6 times. Im a die hard Nightwish fan. Id say personally for me your one of the best if not the best Nightwish cover band ive seen. I wanna hear more. We wanna hear Storytime, Nemo, Dark Chest of Wonders, and more.
