Great tune by Harry Nilsson. He died young.53 years old. His big songs are Coconut and Everybody's Talking at Me, the theme song for Midnight Cowboy. A great singer/songwriter.

Indeed he was. However he didn't write this massive hit. Pete Ham from Badfinger did. Tragically he and the band were ripped off unmercifully and never made any money from this huge hit. He eventually committed suicide . Such a tragic end.
