Phil never answered Dime's or Vinnie's phone calls. Phil was also doing his side project , Down, during the break, which pissed Dime and Vinnie off. Tension also grew when Phil went on UK's Metal Hammer Magazine saying "Dimebag deserves to be beaten severely."

Nah, there's a few effect pedals that play multiple notes from any scale in particular, i.e. Lydian, Dorian, Diminished. That was a pinch you heard, but the multiple notes played were most likely not from a reverb pedal. Did you see him look offstage and smile at (possibly)the guy working his pedals?

You don't get that sound from a reverb pedal. It may have been a digitech whammy with its harmony effect active. Those sounded like diminished notes.
