On their website they just wrote that Metallica will be coming out with remastered versions of Kill and Ride in 2015, and i know that you don't like the drum track on Ride so maybe that will be fixed. . Vinny was always badass behind the kit, never gets the recognition he should. I think starting out on guitar then switching to drums when little bro Darrell started getting good actually helped him know exactly how to complement Dimes riffs. But yeah, criminally underrated as a drummer, always overshadowed by Dime...but I think he was ok with that, he loved his bro.
