I'm glad someone recorded this epic moment in Heavy Metal history. There is no reason to comment on the solo part, the rhythm part, or the guitar in general, and I see people doing that. Just to add, Dime has everything in his little finger and he is only 22 years old. They played "No remorse" better than Metallica and the last fast part.... monstrous. There is no better frontman than Phli from the early years, until 1994. His appearance, his demeanor, his evolution from glam-power metal singer to urban-groove MC is amazing. This should be shown in schools so that children and young people can see what a band looks like at the beginning of a mega career, a band that saved Heavy Metal. Thanks for the video.

Again if the band wanted to "hide" these albums it would have been easy to get lawyers involved and go after the stores making a fortune selling bootlegs of the 80s albums. THEY DIDNT. Hey man, you seem to know a good deal about Pantera's early days. Hoping you can answer a question that's been bugging me for years: what is the name of the song Pantera used as their intro music in the late 80's/early 90's? The best version I can find is "Domination" in Moscow but it's also on the "Joe's Garage" video too. I've checked out all 4 of Pantera's "glam" albums & I don't hear it there, but that's definitely Dime's guitar tone on that song. Many thanks if you can help.

Why did Phil have to change this band so much and get so heavy and act so tough and then try to act so cool all the time and then never sing ever again like this on any other albums but power metal and some on cowboys from hell but not much of it ever again?? I love the first 3 original albums to without Phil they are amazing! I like there first 4 albums the best and the 5th cowboys album to was great but then rest of the albums are good to but I got out of the screaming stuff and like this stuff better now and me knowing what they could have been playing like this it’s very disappointing what Phil did to this band and what he took away from them! It sounds so much better like this rock sound and they would have been probably the best number one band in the whole world if they would have just stuck with this style of rock and would be up there with Judas Priest and Iron maiden and all the big ones and there music would of got to the whole world instead of just the metal fans out there!? Phil is kind of a waste of great talent and just threw everything away and lost his voice trying to act tough and trying to look cool all the time instead of just sing great and have fun and then him smoking his cigarettes and screaming all the time he just destroyed his beautiful voice!? Phil once had the most beautiful voice on the whole planet and cemetery Gates proves it right there! But he stopped singing one day and just wanted to scream and that’s it and that’s all he ever did after!??? Why would you throw away your cemetery gate voice and power metal why!??? That question keeps me up at night!!!??? The best singer in the whole world and he doesn’t want to sing anymore and he just wants to scream his songs out why destroy that beautiful voice??? 80s Pantera kicks ass!!!
