I love the Trip. This board is so versatile. Great for commuting, not bad for DH and freeride. It's my default board for everyday use. I need to force myself to use other decks :) I had the Prana. The Pranayama is super durable. I've seen it run over by a few cars, not even a scratch (ish). A bus was needed to finally kill it, LOL. I like the way you explain how those boards were designed, what decisions were made, and how they were made.

Love my Prana. Ride it 1-2 miles every day. Super agile on sidewalks and the cags handle those Colorado cracks nicely. Took it in some snow melt and it handled getting wet and is still solid. If that Supersonic isn't under my tree, Santa and I are having words 😁😁

Hey Jeff, I spoke with you earlier today from NYC. Ordered the Pranayama with the Hokus based on your recommendation. I still think it's so awesome I've been riding your Sportster for so many years and now will get to ride something that reps the evolution of your design skill. Thanks again and peace 2u from Brooklyn.

@dans4786

@@AhmedOkby zero wheelbite no matter how much force I put on the edge of the board. Plus, I dropped the board another 12mm with risers, which lowers the deck to the height it would be at if it was on 78mm wheels.

I bought a Nexus in 2016 and as a LDP board it survived me living in NYC for 3 years, riding in the rain, letting my friends borrow it. It is a solid board that has barely aged after years of rough urban riding. Also Happy to see that youtube recommended a good video! Hi Jeff!

I started with the first bandito, then the supersonic, and then the genesis. The three have different fun. I like them very much. The manufacturing quality and performance of the pantheon are always trustworthy. I look forward to seeing new products in the future.

Could u elaborate on your experience between the bandito and supersonic? I'm debating which one to get. Thx!
@carlosyen65
@carlosyen65 6 ай бұрын
@@cmm8622 Both are great boards. Bandito is a bracket board, which is easy to carry during travel and easy to disassemble and assemble. Of course, the price is slightly more expensive because of the additional bracket cost. Supersonic is much cheaper in comparison. But it’s not as convenient to carry as bandito. As for push and pump, I don’t think there is much difference. They are both fairly easy to push and pumping. Of course supersonic can choose the appropriate elasticity according to your weight. Bandito can only adjust the flexibility slightly by adjusting the wheelbase of the rear bracket.

@PantheonLongboards 3 ай бұрын
It all depends on setup but I feel the supersonic is usually the lowest drop. It is around 1.3 inches depending on the truck angles. That said if you were to put rail risers on a pranayama or a trip, between the baseplate and the deck it could be lower.

What makes the trip better than the supersonic for pushing and is the supersonic lower to the ground than the trip with same size wheels?
@PaulKentSkates
@PaulKentSkates Ай бұрын
The trip is not necessarily better for pushing. It advantages would be a different more carvey feel, and its lower front baseplate angle means it will have less bunp steer which is helpful when pushing st max speeds on roads with lots of debris and it also reduces how much your board will drift around on really rough pavement. (On the inverse your rear end will move around more so it depends) As for height, Sorry I sont have two set up on the same trucks to conpare right now. They are fairly similar height wise. But they are both around 1.3 inches.

In my Wanderlust (yeah it's that guy again) I drilled a few holes and sanded the edges smooth, as drainage for water (living in The rainy Netherlands) and it actually works quite well!! When good ol' W'lust dies It will be replaced with a Quest most propbably, and I just might customize it about the same way. U N L E S S you really, REALLY advise not to drill any holes at all if that damages the construction too much. Or, what would be the safest spots to have holes (while still functioning as drainage system of course)? Sincere greetings and thanks for making Pantheon be.

Hey I'm a bit confused regarding the differences between the trip and pranayama. If rkp trucks are more turny, than how is the pranayama the one that ends up being the one with more agility? Is it just down to the board's configuration? like the pranayama can lean so much that it just ends up being more agile than trip even though the trip has rkps?

Huh weird. My answer was removed. I believe i wrote that the Pranayama has a quicker initialtion and the trip has a tighter turning radius when you get into the turn. The pranayama is a bit less agile with the new stylus trucks, but it is more stable than the paris skate trucks. It also allows for larger (hoku) wheels which will actually make it feel more agile than with smaller wheeels due to an increase in the leverage of the bushings.

Hello and good day to you. I've watched the videos on your channel. Your video is excellent, but it won't go viral. Have a look at your channel. But why? Think about it. Your channel won't go viral, and you won't gain many subscribers or views. The reason is: 1. Your video isn't being SEO properly. SEO Score: 0 out of 100. 2. Your video isn't reaching the right people. 3. Not using video hashtags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media sites. 5. There are not enough ranking tags. A6. Video performance: 0 out of 50 7. Not a single tag, description, or title that is optimized for search engine optimization. I have a lot planned for your channel. There are a few more reasons why your videos are limited to your channel. In a word, your video is awesome; such videos are in great demand. If you do this thing correctly please Send me your Email thank you.

Hello, I would like to ask, what is the height difference between the ember board and the pranayama board? I'm currently torn between these two boards. Do I want Ember's tail, or does Pranayama actually have a way of kicking his tail and getting up on the ground? Sorry, I'm using a translator. I hope you can understand. I look forward to your reply. Thanks.
@PaulKentSkates
@PaulKentSkates Ай бұрын
Im sorry, I dont have the numbers in front of me. I will try to check with jeff. But by looking at it, the ember is about ¾ inch and a pranayama is closer to 1.2 - 1.3 inches of drop. The lranayama can be kicked up when its not mpving, bit its pretty tough and not as predictable.
